Peer Review Process

IndoMS International Conference on Mathematics and Applications (IICMA) 2025 applies a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings.

Review Model

  • Double-Blind Review: Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other.
  • At least two independent reviewers are assigned per submission.

Review Workflow

  1. Submission: Authors submit full papers through the online submission system.
  2. Initial Screening: The editorial team checks the paper for scope, formatting, and plagiarism (using Turnitin/Grammarly/ithenticate with a similarity threshold of <25%).
  3. Reviewer Assignment: Two or more reviewers with relevant expertise are assigned.
  4. Review Process: Reviewers evaluate based on originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and contribution.
  5. Decision Making:
    • Accept, Accept with minor revisions, Major revisions, or Reject
    • Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations.
  6. Revision and Resubmission (if applicable): Authors revise and resubmit for final review.
  7. Final Decision: Papers that pass peer review are selected for presentation and publication.

Confidentiality

All manuscripts and communications are handled confidentially and in accordance with publication ethics and COPE guidelines.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers and editors are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened for plagiarism before peer review. Manuscripts with a high similarity score or identified unethical practices will be rejected.
